What we collect

When you open Niqat through Telegram, we receive your Telegram ID, display name, username (if set), and language preference — that's how Telegram mini-apps work. We also store what you voluntarily add inside the app: your bio, interests, photos, the communities you join, and the events you RSVP to.

What we don't collect

We don't read your Telegram chats outside Niqat. We don't access your contacts list. We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party ad trackers.

Who sees your data

Other Niqat members see what you make public (display name, photo, bio, interests, the communities you're part of). Your email, phone, and Telegram ID are never shown to other members. When you join a community, the group's admin can see the same public profile that everyone else sees.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion wipes your profile, photos, RSVPs, and personal history. Communities and events you created survive so other members aren't disrupted, but your name is removed from them.
